How early can we access the venue for setup?

For full-day rentals, clients can receive up to 12 hours of venue access, which includes time for both setup and takedown. The start time is flexible based on availability, and additional hours may be added if needed. We’re happy to coordinate with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you require a deposit to book the date?

Yes, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance can be paid through a flexible monthly payment plan that works with your schedule. We’ll set up a custom payment timeline to ensure everything is paid off before your event, giving you peace of mind while planning.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the day of the week, season, and length of your event. We offer a variety of packages and flexible options to accommodate different budgets and event types.

Do you offer rental items or allow outside vendors?

Yes, we offer select rental items, such as full-length table linens. You’re also welcome to bring in outside vendors for decorations, floral arrangements, or custom setups. We’re happy to work with your vendor team to help bring your vision to life.

If you or your vendors need more time for setup, you can add extra hours to your rental package based on availability. Just let us know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements.

How can I schedule a tour?

Simply fill out the form on our inquiry page with your event details, and a team member will reach out to assist with scheduling a tour and answering any questions you may have.
